Essentials of Partnerships and Private Corporations

This book is primarily intended to serve as college students’ vade mecum and quick guide in “Partnerships and Private Corporations.” It discusses the basic concepts, established principles/doctrines, and key provisions of the Partnership Law and of the Revised Corporation Code. (Legal scholars and practitioners are advised to refer to other works which properly treat the subjects with greater vigor and thoroughness.) Also included in this publication are selected Supreme Court rulings/pronouncements that interpret and elucidate on the aforesaid statutory provisions.
