This work is intended and primarily designed as a handy reference on the law on insurance. The book aims to present the basic precepts/principles and the well-ensconced rules of insurance law—as well as the key provisions of the Insurance Code of the Philippines. Also included in this modest work are selected jurisprudence or Supreme Court rulings concerning the subject.
