This outline reviewer is dedicated to all students of Criminal Law and Jurisprudence (CLJ) and to Criminology reviewees. This book is simple, concise, and presented in a question-and-answer format, containing suggested answers based on the Criminology Board Table of Specifications (TOS). It is also handy, allowing users to carry it anywhere for quick reference. However, it is not intended to substitute for reading the provisions of the Constitution, the Revised Penal Code, the Rules of Court, other Rules and Regulations, Law Enforcement Standard Operating Procedures, and, most importantly, the original and latest cases decided by the Supreme Court.
